This detail shows the end detail of Bunnings Warehouse. You can see the boted rigid connection which is quite heavily bolted for the due to the long span. you can also see the haunching used to counter the turning effect at the connection. there is safety mesh ontop of the purlins so that OH&S requirements were fulfilled in the construction process. There are girts running horizontally which is also supported by the fly bracing running off the UB used as a column. You can also see the downpipe that runs on the interior of this portal frame construction.
